"Words cannot describe how incredible John is. We have used Higganum Septic for inspections, pumping and a septic tank replacement. Each time John went above and beyond to provide excellent service for us, especially during the full tank replacement. We were already in a high stress time while moving and John made it his personal mission for the replacement to be the least of our problems. Extremely communicative and reliable!!! Him and his dad took the reigns and ensured everything was replaced and back in tip-top shape. Highly recommend this company for any of your service needs. Would give 10 stars if I could!"
